- Makers are picked on their record in that category, not on who bids lowest.
- A beginner costs less and goes through the same quality check. An expert costs more and is kept for the work that matters most.
3e3mel holds it
Pay
Half to start, held until you approve; the rest when the work is right.
- Cancel before the work starts and we quote the refund before you confirm.
- Every order comes with an invoice.
4e3mel and your maker
Receive
e3mel runs production and quality control. You get finished files.
- You get the source files plus exports that are ready to use.
- Ask for a revision within your allowance, or approve and the payment is released.

Questions
Are prices really fixed?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay for the scope shown on the service page. There is no hourly billing and no renegotiation mid-project.
What if I don't like the work?
Every delivery passes our quality check before you see it. You then have your package's revisions, and anything we ask the maker to fix during the check doesn't count. If the work still doesn't match your brief, report a problem from the order page and we decide on a rework, another maker's work or a refund.
What if the maker misses the deadline?
We reassign the work or refund you in full. If it still arrives late and you accept it, 30% of the price is credited to your wallet automatically. That comes out of the maker's payout, not out of your pocket.
When is my money paid to the maker?
Not at checkout. Funds are held until you approve the delivery, or until the delivery auto-approves after the response window.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Meeza too), mobile wallets, and Fawry or Aman at a kiosk, through our payment provider, or your e3mel wallet. Bank transfer is not available yet.
Is my brief confidential?
Makers see the brief they need to do the work, with your identity and contact details removed. They never see your name, email or phone number.
Who owns the final work?
You do, on approval and full payment. Source files are part of the deliverables listed on each service page.
