Create the company account, add your tax ID for invoices, and invite your team by email.

A teammate picks the service and says what they need in a line. The rest of the brief can come after payment.

The owner, or someone they allow, pays from the team wallet or a card. Everyone else sends the order to them with one button.

Made, checked, approved
A vetted maker makes it, e3mel checks it before you see it, and anyone on the team asks for changes or approves.

Questions teams ask
Does a team account cost anything?
No. Creating the team and adding people is free. You pay for each order, at the price on its page.
How many people can join?
Up to 10 people on a team, the owner included.
Who can spend money?
Only the owner and the people the owner allows. Everyone else orders and reviews, and sends orders to a payer to pay.
Can we get invoices with our tax ID?
Yes. Add the company name and tax ID once, and every receipt carries them.
How do we pay?
By card, Meeza, mobile wallets, Fawry or Aman, or from the team wallet, which you top up the same ways. Bank transfer is not available yet.
Who owns the work?
Your company does, once you approve it, with the source files listed on each service.
Can we keep a campaign confidential?
Makers see only the brief they need, without your team's names or contact details, and the work stays out of their portfolios when you tick one free box. For larger work that needs an NDA, talk to us before ordering.
What if something is late?
We reassign the work or refund you in full, your choice. If you still accept the late work, 30% of its price comes back to the team wallet.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
The owner removes them and their access ends at once. Everything they ordered stays with the team.
