We built e3mel because buying design in Egypt still means chasing a freelancer, re-explaining the brief, and hoping.
Why we exist
Marketplaces made it easy to find people and hard to get work done. You compare profiles you cannot verify, negotiate a price you cannot benchmark, then manage the project yourself. e3mel sells the finished work instead: a fixed price, a fixed list of deliverables, a real date, and someone accountable when it slips.
How we vet makers
Every maker applies with work samples and is reviewed by a person before they see a single job. We track on-time delivery, how often work passes quality review first time, and completion rate, and we act on those numbers. Makers who miss deadlines stop receiving work.
What quality review actually means
Before anything reaches you, an operator checks the delivery against your brief and a per-service checklist: every required file present, correct formats and dimensions, no contact details, no copyright or content problems. Work that fails goes back to the maker at our cost, not yours.
